Special Lunch celebrating "The Future that is to Come"

Date
Saturday, 30th March 2019
Time
12:30 for 13:00

On the previous evening, Friday 29 March 2019 at 23:00, in some way or other we will have left the European Union. Saturday will therefore be a very special day, a bit like the Millenial Day 1st January 2000. We might feel a special relief even if nothing ACTUALLY happens.

We are the combined Axminster and Kilmington branches of the Tiverton and Honiton Conservative Association. Our lunch will be in the Village Hall on The Green at Kilmington EX13 7RF, just by the church of St Giles.

Jill Vanderwolfe will cook us a two-course lunch.

Alison Hernandez, Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall, will give the toast.

Steve Holt, one of our prospective East Devon District Council candidates for the new combined Axminster ward, will be in the chair

There will be a free glass of wine or soft drink by way of welcome. Further wine and soft refreshments may be taken at the cash bar.

There will of course be a raffle.

Tickets £15.00 from Rupert Butler
